1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more.
This section focuses on the efficient processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the concrete plates is fabricated, with options for manual (automatic) hanging and automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another critical section in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section also handles the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) for the concrete plates, including manual (automatic) mesh hanging and automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with billet body, is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on a cutting car for side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, completing the product's shape.
The cutting table then removes and recycles any corner waste.
After waste removal, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Products cured in the autoclave are then pulled out by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
