1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the pursuit of creating superior autoclaved aerated coagulation products, we meticulously select our raw materials: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (either as aluminum paste or powder).

This crucial section is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of these essential raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This integral section is the beating heart of our production line, pivotal for crafting the autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Here, we skillfully manufacture the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for robust concrete plates, with seamless transitions from manual to automatic mesh hanging and the smooth, automated circulation of assembly frames.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

Another core segment of our process, this area plays a vital role in shaping the autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Essential to this process is crafting the requisite steel mesh (mesh cage) for our concrete plates, facilitating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside the automated circulation of assembly frames.

4. Cutting Section

In this section, the sophisticated mold frame carrying the billet body is deftly demudded using a turning crane. The billet is then expertly placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes precision cutting — side, horizontal, and vertical — to achieve the desired product form.

The ground turning table then deftly removes and recycles any corner waste, ensuring sustainability and efficiency.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly maneuvered using the marshalling crane and ferry car, readying it for the next production phase.

5. Autoclaving Section

The assembled cakes are gracefully escorted into the autoclave by a sophisticated traction mechanism coupled with a ferry cart, where they undergo rigorous constant pressure maintenance.

Post-autoclaving, the cured products are carefully extracted using the ferry cart and efficiently transported to the packaging section, ready for market deployment.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

The fully processed cakes, having emerged from the autoclave, are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. Finally, they're transported to the storage yard with precision, courtesy of our advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
