1. Raw Material Processing Section
The primary ingredients for autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production typically include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste, among others.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, steel meshes (mesh cages) essential for AAC slabs are crafted, whether through manual or automated processes. It also handles the automated circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section crucial for producing premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This segment facilitates the creation of steel meshes (mesh cages) for AAC slabs, including both manual and automated mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
Using a turning crane, the mold frame loaded with billet body is demudded. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then positioned on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, shaping the final product.
The cut body undergoes further processing with a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Post waste removal, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for the next phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank by a traction mechanism, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance. Subsequently, the ferry cart moves them into the autoclave for curing.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, the steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
