1. Raw Material Processing Section

The fundamental step involves meticulously processing essential raw materials like sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). These components are the backbone of premium-quality autoclaved aerated concrete.

This section specializes in the diligent processing and strategic storage of these vital raw materials, ensuring optimal quality and readiness.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This pivotal segment focuses on crafting the crucial steel mesh framework, the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Here, we expertly fabricate steel mesh cages, manage manual or automated mesh hanging, and efficiently automate the circulation of assembly frames to ensure consistency and quality.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

A critical phase dedicated to ensuring the robust formation of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Essential for producing the steel mesh cages, this phase also involves manual or automated mesh hanging and seamless assembly frame automation.

4. Cutting Section

Precision cutting begins with the crane deftly demudding the mold frame loaded with the billet body. The billet is then placed on a cutting car, executing precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts for perfect product shapes.

Post-cutting, the ground turning table efficiently recycles corner waste, optimizing sustainability and resource use.
Further, the marshalling crane and ferry car expertly complete the blank body, ensuring the highest standards of production.

5. Autoclaving Section

Meticulously assembled cakes journey into the autoclave via the sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring sustained pressure and perfection in curing.

Once cured, these exceptional products are carefully extracted and transported to the final packaging section, ready to impress.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

In this final phase, exquisitely steamed cakes undergo sorting, palletizing, and packaging before being efficiently conveyed to the storage yard, courtesy of our advanced packaging and conveying systems.
