1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, key ingredients such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting aluminum powder (aluminum paste) come together to create a masterpiece.
This exquisitely designed section ensures the meticulous processing and optimal storage of these essential raw materials, setting the stage for production excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the very core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where cutting-edge innovation seamlessly merges with precision and expertise.
Within this section, steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly crafted. The process is an elegant dance of manual (or automatic) mesh handling, paired with an advanced automatic circulation system for the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
In this vital segment of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, raw potential transforms into solid reality.
Inside this dynamic environment, the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) is executed with precision. It seamlessly integrates both manual and automatic mesh handling, enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
This is where engineering finesse comes to life. As the mold frame, brimming with the billet body, is demudded by a deft turning crane, the blank body and side plate are positioned on the cutting car. The product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve impeccable molding.
The cut masterpiece is skillfully handled by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle any corner waste, ensuring eco-friendly practices.
Following the removal of waste, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, completing this phase with exceptional finesse.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous care, the assembled cakes are ushered into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance, facilitated by the strategic positioning of the traction mechanism and ferry cart in front of the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge with pride, drawn out by the ferry cart and seamlessly conveyed to the finished product packaging section, ready for their grand introduction to the world.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly emerged from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and swift transportation to the storage yard. This is flawlessly executed by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless journey from production to storage.
