AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, our choice raw materials are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), each contributing to the superior quality and durability of the final product.
This pivotal section specializes in the meticulous processing and efficient storage of these essential raw materials, setting the foundation for the entire production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
Standing as the heart of the operation, this section is dedicated to the intricate production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and excellence at every step.
Here, we meticulously construct the steel mesh—also known as mesh cage—vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This includes both manual and automatic hanging of meshes and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, enhancing efficiency and precision.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section is crucial for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, embodying our commitment to quality and innovation.
In this stage, we focus on fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage), essential for the concrete plates, with options for both manual and automatic handling, alongside the automated circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring streamlined production.
4. Cutting Section
Once the mold frame, laden with billet body, is meticulously demudded by a precise crane turn, the blank body and side plate are expertly placed on the cutting car. The product is then shaped to perfection through a combination of side, horizontal, and vertical cutting techniques.
The refined cut body undergoes a thorough process on the ground turning table, ensuring the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste, thereby minimizing material loss and enhancing sustainability.
Subsequent to waste removal, the blank body is adeptly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, preparing it for the next stages with seamless precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
Here, the carefully assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the front-end traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring optimal curing conditions.
After undergoing autoclave curing, the robust products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and delivered to the final product packaging section, ready for shipment.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon steaming out of the autoclave, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and packed with precision. They are then transported to the storage yard via advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach their destination in pristine condition.
