AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation, our process utilizes a variety of premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) to ensure the highest quality production.
This crucial section manages the sophisticated processing and efficient storage of raw materials, ensuring a seamless start to the production journey.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands as the pivotal heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab creation, driving excellence and precision.
Dedicated to crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section integrates advanced manual (automatic) hanging mesh and ensures seamless, automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section of our production process, pivotal for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It specializes in crafting the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, with capabilities for both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, precision is key as the mold frame loaded with the billet body is skillfully demudded by the turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is strategically placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve perfect molding.
Once cut, the body is expertly maneuvered by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, minimizing environmental impact.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring streamlined operations.
5. Autoclaving Section
The precision-assembled cakes are carefully guided into the tank by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, where they undergo consistent pressure maintenance, ensuring flawless curing.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are deftly extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for the next stage.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The perfectly steamed cakes emerge from the autoclave, where they are meticulously classified, palletized, and packaged. Advanced packaging and conveying equipment ensures efficient transport to the storage yard, ready for dispatch.
