AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the fascinating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, our comprehensive array of essential raw materials includes sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the transformative allure of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among other vital components.
This highly specialized section is expertly crafted for the precise processing and efficient storage of these indispensable raw materials, ensuring optimal performance and readiness for production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the dynamic core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where cutting-edge innovation harmonizes with unparalleled precision to create a pivotal section in our manufacturing process.
Within this section, the critical steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously fabricated. The process incorporates both seamless manual and advanced automatic mesh handling, alongside a sophisticated system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This essential section is where the transformative magic of production transforms into tangible reality, playing a crucial role in crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this dynamic setting, the precise fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) occurs, integrating both manual and automatic mesh handling. This is complemented by an efficient automated system for circulating the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this arena of engineering finesse, the mold frame, imbued with the billet body, is skillfully demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is gracefully placed on the cutting car. The product undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, achieving impeccable molding.
The masterpiece takes shape as the cut body is deftly managed by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, underscoring our commitment to sustainability.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, concluding this stage with unmatched finesse.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision and care, the assembled cakes are gracefully transported into the tank for constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, both strategically positioned in front of the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge triumphantly, seamlessly withdrawn by the ferry cart and elegantly transitioned to the finished product packaging section, poised for their grand reveal.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly emerged from the autoclave, the cakes undergo an impeccable process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and efficient transportation to the storage yard. This is all conducted by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a flawless transition from production to storage.
