1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste, among others.
This section handles the processing and storage of all raw materials, ensuring they meet stringent standards.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another crucial section for AAC slab production.
It involves creating the steel mesh required for AAC plates, including manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame containing the billet body is demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on a cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to shape the product.
After cutting, the ground turning table removes and recycles any corner waste efficiently.
The blank body is then marshalled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car post waste removal.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are loaded into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by our efficient packaging and conveying systems.
