1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This crucial section is designated for the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This integral section is the heartbeat of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted, involving manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section is a cornerstone in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is crucial for creating steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, managing manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting molding to form the product.
The cut body is then processed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Post waste removal, the blank body is meticulously handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car to ensure seamless continuation of the process.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are strategically sent into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves, aided by the ferry cart.
Post-autoclave curing, the products are seamlessly extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The cakes, having been meticulously steamed out of the autoclave, are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
