AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the dynamic world of autoclaved aerated coagulation, the essential raw materials typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), crafting the foundation for our innovative solutions.
This section meticulously handles the processing and storage of raw materials, ensuring the highest quality for future transformation.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section lies at the heart of producing superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, orchestrating the entire process with precision.
Here, we expertly fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is integral to the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring every slab meets our stringent standards.
Utilizing state-of-the-art techniques, this section creates the steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for concrete plates, with both manual and automatic mesh hanging and assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting section
The billet-loaded mold frame is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank, together with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, achieving precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts for perfect molding.
The ground turning table efficiently completes the cut, skillfully removing and recycling corner waste for sustainable operations.
After waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car seamlessly complete the process, preparing the blank body for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving section
The meticulously assembled cakes are transported into the tank by an advanced traction mechanism, maintaining constant pressure in the autoclaves with precision ferry cart operations.
After curing, the ferry cart skillfully extracts the autoclaved products, transporting them to the finished product packaging section with ease.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are perfectly prepared for delivery.
