1. Raw Material Processing Section
The primary ingredients for autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This critical section specializes in the meticulous processing and efficient storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This section represents the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Dedicated to fabricating the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC panels, this section also handles manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This is another core segment for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Crucial for creating the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC panels, this section handles manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and ensures the automated circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame with the billet body is demolded via the turning crane. The blank, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, undergoing precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table removes and recycles corner waste for optimal efficiency.
After waste removal, the blank body is organized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for further processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are introduced into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned at the entrance.
Post-autoclaving, the finished products are extracted by the ferry cart and directed to the packaging section for final processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packaged, and then transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring impeccable final product quality.
