AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the pivotal autoclaved aerated coagulation process, where our expertise shines in transforming top-tier raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), into essential components.
This crucial stage is dedicated to the meticulous processing and systematic storage of our vital raw materials, ensuring each element contributes to the perfect blend for superior quality outcomes.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands as the core of our operations, orchestrating the production of superior-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and efficiency.
Within this realm, we expertly forge the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Combining manual skill with automated hanging mesh techniques, we ensure a seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, enhancing productivity and quality.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the cornerstone of our production process, vital for manufacturing top-grade autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unparalleled precision.
This stage is dedicated to crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. By utilizing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with the automated circulation of assembly frames, we ensure exceptional quality and consistency.
4. Cutting Section
During this stage, the mold-loaded billet body undergoes a delicate demudding process via a turning crane. Supported by the side plate and set on the cutting car, it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, shaping the final product with accuracy.
The ground turning table is instrumental in expertly removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring the completion of the cut body is executed with finesse and perfection.
After waste removal, the blank body receives precise handling from the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal results and efficiency in the production process.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining constant pressure to achieve impeccable results.
Once the curing process is complete, the expertly autoclaved products are seamlessly extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section with precision.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and meticulously packed. Our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment ensures they are efficiently transported to the storage yard, upholding the highest standards of quality and care.

For peerless machining precision, we employ Taiwan's vertical machining center, a CNC gantry boring and milling machine, along with an advanced horizontal machining center.
