AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the essential raw materials you need include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, and gypsum, with the transformative power of aluminum powder (aluminum paste) adding that touch of magic to the mix, among others.
This meticulously designed section excels at deftly processing and efficiently storing these indispensable raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the dynamic core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where cutting-edge innovation seamlessly blends with precision.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is masterfully fabricated. The process features both seamless manual (or automatic) mesh handling and a sophisticated system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This integral section of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production is where the enchanting transformation from concept to reality occurs.
In this vibrant environment, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is executed with precision. It features both manual and automated mesh handling, enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, engineering mastery unfolds as the mold frame, carrying the billet body, is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve impeccable molding.
A masterpiece takes shape as the cut body is gracefully managed by the ground turning table to effectively remove and recycle corner waste, promoting sustainability.
After waste removal, the blank body is skillfully maneuvered by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, completing this phase with impeccable finesse.
5. Autoclaving Section
With absolute precision, the assembled cakes are smoothly guided into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, both strategically positioned in front of the autoclaves.
Emerging triumphantly from the autoclaves, the cured products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for their grand debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly released from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a comprehensive process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and efficient transportation to the storage yard. This is all orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless journey from production to storage.
