1. Raw Material Processing Section
Our advanced production of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) begins with carefully selected raw materials: sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). These essential ingredients are meticulously processed to ensure superior quality and performance.
This vital section is dedicated to the precise processing and secure storage of all raw materials, laying the foundation for exceptional product quality.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section serves as the heartbeat of the AAC production line, responsible for crafting the essential steel mesh structures that reinforce our concrete slabs.
In this section, we expertly fabricate the steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for AAC panel production. Whether manually or automatically, the hanging mesh and the seamless assembly frame circulation are handled with precision and efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Which is used for making steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plate, manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the crane expertly demolds the mold frame with the billet body, placing it on the cutting car. Here, precision side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the product with finesse.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table performs the critical task of removing and recycling corner waste, maintaining eco-friendly practices.
Following waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car finalize the blank body for the next stage of production.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are seamlessly transported into the autoclave tanks, where they undergo constant pressure curing, thanks to our advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart system.
Once cured, the ferry cart efficiently extracts the robust projects from the autoclave, readying them for final packaging and distribution.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After the steaming process, the products are expertly sorted, palletized, and packaged. Our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment ensures efficient transportation to the storage yard, ready for delivery.
