AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Within the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the primary ingredients are typically composed of sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and a touch of aluminum powder (or paste).
This essential section facilitates the proficient processing and meticulous storage of vital raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication & Circulation

This pivotal section serves as the heart of the production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Dedicated to crafting the indispensable steel mesh (or mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section also manages manual and automatic hanging meshes, alongside the seamless circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This essential area is the core of producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, playing a crucial role in the entire process.
This section is intricately involved in crafting steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating manual and automatic hanging meshes, and ensuring the smooth circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
A cutting-edge process where the mold frame, with its billet body, undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The blank, accompanied by the side plate, is then positioned on the cutting car, achieving a seamless cutting mold process through lateral, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The ground turning table completes the process by removing and recycling corner waste efficiently.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car for final processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
Skillfully assembled cakes are transported into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned at the forefront of the autoclaves.
Once cured, the autoclave products are extracted via the ferry cart and transported to the final packaging section, ready for delivery.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-steaming, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard, facilitated by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
