1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste among others.
This section focuses on the processing and storage of vital raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the crucial segment for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this phase, steel meshes (mesh cages) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates are fabricated. This includes manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is pivotal for the formation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel meshes (mesh cages) necessary for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate are created, including manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame carrying the billet body is demudded using a turning crane. The billet, along with the side plate, is placed on a cutting car where side, horizontal, and vertical cuts finalize the product's shape.
The ground turning table ensures the cut body is finished, removing and recycling the corner waste efficiently.
After waste removal, the billet body is handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car to complete the process.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are loaded into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance via a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are extracted using the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclaved cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and then transported to the storage yard by packaging and conveying equipment after being separated.
