1. Raw Material Processing Section
The cornerstone of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production comprises essential raw materials like sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This critical section handles the meticulous processing and secure storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This pivotal section is integral to producing robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for AAC plates is meticulously created, whether through manual or automatic methods, facilitating seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This vital section is the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
It is dedicated to crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for AAC plates, utilizing manual or automatic hanging mesh systems, and ensuring smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the final product.
A ground turning table effectively removes and recycles corner waste from the cut body.
Post waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car finalize the blank body assembly.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully transported into the autoclave tanks for consistent pressure curing, facilitated by a traction mechanism and a ferry cart system.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are extracted using ferry carts and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
