AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundation of our superior AAC products begins with raw materials meticulously selected for their quality. This includes sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), all blended to perfection.
This essential section is dedicated to the precise processing and orderly storage of all raw materials, ensuring seamless production continuity.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This crucial section forms the backbone of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring robust and consistent output.
This section is integral for the creation of high-quality steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic mesh handling, plus efficient assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section is the heart of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, expertly blending and setting materials for optimal strength.
This section expertly handles the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh handling and assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, precision is key: the mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is expertly demudded via turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then positioned on the cutting car where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, achieving the final product shape.
The cut body is meticulously handled by the ground turning table, ensuring the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is skillfully managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for further processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this section, the assembled cakes are expertly transported into the autoclave tanks, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance, thanks to the precision of the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the autoclave products are extracted with care by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After steaming, the cakes are systematically sorted, carefully palletized, and expertly packaged. Our conveying equipment then transports them to the storage yard, ensuring readiness for distribution.
