1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section focuses on the processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, with options for manual or automatic hanging mesh, and automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section crucial for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is prepared, including manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Using a turning crane, the mold frame loaded with the billet is de-molded. The billet, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cuttings are performed to shape the product.
The cut billet is refined further using a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
After waste removal, the billet is finalized by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the tank by the traction mechanism for constant pressure maintenance. This is facilitated by the ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclaves.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are retrieved by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and then transported to the storage yard by packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
