1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials pivotal for autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This core section is integral to the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It focuses on crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for the concrete plates, involves manual or automatic hanging mesh, and ensures the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section crucial for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section is pivotal for crafting the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage), and includes steps like manual (or automatic) hanging mesh and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes demoulding via the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it is precision-cut horizontally, vertically, and on the sides, completing the product's cutting form.
Post-cutting, the body is managed by the ground turning table to extract and recycle corner waste materials.
Once waste removal is achieved, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance by a sophisticated traction mechanism and the accompanying ferry cart.
After autoclave curing, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and then transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are carefully sorted, palletized, packed, and then transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
