AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential ingredients in the creation of autoclaved aerated coagulation products include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), among others.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and careful storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the pivotal hub for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this crucial phase, we fabricate the indispensable steel mesh (or mesh cage) for concrete plates, facilitate manual and automatic mesh hanging, and ensure seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the heart of the production line, responsible for producing top-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for the concrete plates is crafted, either manually or automatically, with efficient circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame bearing the billet body undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, along with its side plate, is then positioned on a cutting car, achieving precise shaping through strategic side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles any corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Following waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car complete the process, expertly handling the blank body.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are carefully guided into the autoclave tank via a traction mechanism and ferry cart, where they undergo consistent pressure maintenance.
Upon completion of the autoclave cure, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and smoothly transported to the final packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed, these cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then conveyed to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for dispatch.
