AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, we utilize a harmonious blend of high-quality raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others, to ensure top-tier product quality.
This essential section is designated for the meticulous processing and strategic storage of raw materials, setting the foundation for exceptional product manufacturing.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation

This pivotal section forms the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, representing a critical component of our advanced manufacturing process.
Here, we expertly craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Our process includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging along with an automated assembly frame circulation, exemplifying efficiency and precision.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is a cornerstone for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, embodying the core of our sophisticated production process.
We skillfully create the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating manual and automatic mesh hanging with an automated frame assembly circulation for unparalleled efficiency.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame, filled with billet body, is elegantly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on a cutting car to undergo side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, achieving precise product molding.
The cut body is seamlessly handled by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, showcasing our commitment to sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is deftly completed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, epitomizing our streamlined and efficient approach.
5. Autoclaving Section
Within this section, assembled cakes are conveyed into the tank using a state-of-the-art traction mechanism and a ferry cart, ensuring consistent pressure maintenance.
Once cured, the products are expertly extracted from the autoclave using a ferry cart, seamlessly transitioning to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard by our sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
