1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and other components.
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the core for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated. It includes manual (automatic) mesh hanging and automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section also involves the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the concrete plates, with both manual and automatic mesh hanging and assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. The product is then shaped by side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then processed by the ground-turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body undergoes marshalling by the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart located in front of it.
After autoclave curing, the products are pulled out by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by packaging and conveying equipment post-separation.
