1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and so forth.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This core section is pivotal for producing premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This segment is responsible for crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, encompassing manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This is another crucial segment in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage), necessary manual (automatic) hanging mesh, and the efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, completing the cutting and molding of the product through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Post-cutting, the blank body undergoes ground turning table processing to eliminate and recycle corner waste.
After waste removal, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclave.
Products cured in the autoclave are removed by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After steaming out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment.
