1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials crucial for autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (or paste). These components lay the foundation for superior AAC products.
This pivotal section manages the meticulous processing and secure storage of all essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation
This section is the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring precision and efficiency.
This core section is dedicated to the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cages) necessary for AAC plates, encompassing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with seamless assembly frame circulation.
Expertly designed to fabricate the steel mesh required for AAC plates, this section automates both the hanging of the mesh and the circulation of assembly frames, streamlining the entire process.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Central to producing high-quality AAC slabs, this section ensures precision in pouring and pre-curing.
Facilitates the intricate process of making steel mesh (mesh cages), manual or automatic hanging of mesh, and seamless circulation of assembly frames, ensuring high standards in AAC production.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes demudding via the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then carefully placed on the cutting car, achieving precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts for perfect molding.
The cut body is then processed by the ground turning table, which efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, preparing it for the next stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
Using advanced traction mechanisms, the assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tanks for consistent pressure maintenance. The ferry cart ensures smooth transfer into the autoclaves.
After curing, products are deftly pulled out by the ferry cart and conveyed to the packaging section, ready for the finishing touches.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging
Once the cakes are steamed out of the autoclave, they are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
