1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation, premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) are essential components.

This vital section handles the meticulous processing and secure storage of all raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This crucial phase is the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.

Here, the section expertly fabricates the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This section stands as the pivotal hub for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

It plays a critical role in crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for these slabs, enabling both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

The mold frame, once loaded with billet, undergoes a precision demudding process via the turning crane. The blank, along with its side plate, is then placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.

The cut body is further refined by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste to ensure sustainability.
Post waste removal, the marshalling crane alongside the marshalling ferry car completes the assembly of the blank body.

5. Autoclaving Section

Assembled cakes are expertly conveyed into the autoclave tank, maintaining constant pressure through a cutting-edge traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring flawless curing.

Once autoclave curing is complete, the ferry cart seamlessly extracts the products, transitioning them to the final packaging section for dispatch.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Post-autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and securely packed. Utilizing advanced packaging and conveying equipment, they are then transported to the storage yard, ready for distribution.
