1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational ingredients for autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is meticulously designed for the precise processing and careful storage of all essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Seamless Circulation
This critical section is dedicated to the fabrication of premium-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates is crafted, leveraging both manual and automatic hanging mesh, along with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
A pivotal section, indispensable for producing superior quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section fabricates steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, utilizing both manual and automatic hanging mesh, ensuring seamless automatic circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame housing the billet body is carefully demudded with a crane. The blank body and side plate are then placed on a cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical slicing.
Post cutting, the body is efficiently managed by the ground turning table for corner waste removal and recycling.
The blank body is subsequently handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car for final processing stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are systematically moved into the autoclave tank to maintain consistent pressure via traction mechanisms and ferry carts.
After curing, the autoclaved products are carefully extracted and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon exiting the autoclave, the cakes are precisely sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
