1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundation of our autoclaved aerated coagulation production lies in the meticulous selection and processing of raw materials. Typically, these include premium sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (or aluminum paste), chosen for their excellent quality and consistency.
This critical section is dedicated to the processing and storage of these fundamental raw materials, ensuring they are ready for use in production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
As the heart of our production line, this section is pivotal for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency.
Here, we fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the slabs. This process encompasses both manual and automatic mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section, this area is instrumental in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, focusing on precision and quality.
Steel meshes are meticulously crafted here, coupled with manual and automatic mesh hanging and efficient circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the loaded mold frame undergoes a transformation. The billet body is demudded by a turning crane, then placed on a cutting car. The product is precisely cut into shape through side, horizontal, and vertical slicing.
After cutting, the body is managed by a ground turning table, which efficiently removes and recycles any corner waste.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring orderly processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this stage, assembled cakes are transported into the autoclaves for consistent pressure maintenance by a traction mechanism and ferry cart arrangement, ensuring uniform curing.
Post-curing, the ferry cart extracts the finished products from the autoclave and moves them to the packaging section, ready for distribution.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After steaming, the cakes are sorted, palletized, and packaged. Our efficient packaging and conveying systems then transport them to the storage yard, ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
