1. Raw Material Processing Section

The essential raw materials for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). These materials are meticulously prepared to ensure the highest quality for the production process.

This section is dedicated to the precise processing and optimal storage of all raw materials, setting the stage for exceptional end products.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation

This pivotal section serves as the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring efficiency and precision.

Here, we expertly craft the necessary steel mesh cages for the concrete plates, employing both manual and automatic mesh hanging systems, complemented by an advanced assembly frame circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

Another central component of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section ensures the seamless transition from liquid to solid state.

This phase involves the meticulous crafting of steel mesh cages, incorporating manual and automatic hanging techniques, alongside automatic assembly frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

The mold frame, brimming with the billet body, undergoes a precise demudding process via crane rotation. The blank body and the side plate are then placed on the cutting car, where they are expertly shaped through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting motions.

Upon cutting completion, the ground turning table skillfully handles the removal and recycling of corner waste.
The marshalling crane and ferry car team up to finalize the handling and marshalling of the blank body post-waste removal.

5. Autoclaving Section

Assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclave for consistent pressure treatment, facilitated by a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned strategically at the autoclave entrance.

Once cured, the ferry cart skillfully extracts the products, directing them towards the finished product packaging section for further processing.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Upon emerging from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, and packaging. They are then seamlessly transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for distribution.
