1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the pivotal core for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this segment, the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate is meticulously produced. It includes both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another vital core for the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is utilized for crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, including manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. The product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to complete the molding process.
The cut body is finished using the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle the corner waste.
After waste removal, the blank body is completed using the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the tank for meticulous constant pressure maintenance by the advanced traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart.
The autoclave-cured products are pulled out using the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The fully steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and then transported to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
