AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The journey to creating premium autoclaved aerated concrete begins with the meticulous selection of foundational raw materials: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This crucial stage involves the precise handling, processing, and storage of essential raw materials, setting the stage for flawless production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section forms the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency.
Here, the art of crafting steel mesh (mesh cage) for concrete plates is perfected, with processes accommodating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, culminating in seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal segment is integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision in every batch.
Optimizing the creation of essential steel meshes, this section supports both manual and automated operations, facilitating smooth mesh hanging and coordinated assembly frame movement.
4. Cutting Section
With precision, the mold frame carrying the billet body is demudded by the turning crane, seamlessly positioning it on the cutting car for meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical product shaping.
Utilizing the ground turning table, the expertly cut body undergoes a refined process to remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Post waste-removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car for efficient assembly.
5. Autoclaving Section
The precisely assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave for controlled pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart for optimal results.
Upon completion of the curing process, the ferry cart skillfully transports the autoclaved products to the finished product packaging area, ready for market.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Following steam treatment, the finished cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packaged, and transported by advanced equipment, ensuring readiness for distribution.
