1. Raw Material Processing Section
Our production process uses premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring the highest quality in autoclaved aerated coagulation production.
This critical section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of key raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
As the heart of AAC slab production, this section ensures precision and efficiency in fabricating steel meshes.
This essential phase encompasses the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, featuring both manual and automatic hanging mesh, alongside seamless automated assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
A pivotal stage where AAC slab production is meticulously carried out with precision and care.
Essential for forming steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for AAC plates, this section includes manual (automatic) mesh hanging and automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with a billet body, undergoes demolding via a crane. The billet, along with the side plate, is expertly placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting molds.
A ground turning table efficiently completes the cut body, removing and recycling corner waste without hassle.
Post-waste removal, the billet body is seamlessly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring smooth operations.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are carefully transported into the autoclaves for constant pressure curing by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Cured products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section for final processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, and packed with precision. They are then transported to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying systems, ensuring utmost quality and efficiency.
