AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the crucial aluminum powder (or paste), forming the essential foundation for our high-quality products.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials, ensuring quality at every step.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This pivotal section forms the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, crucial for delivering robust and reliable products.
In this section, the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for the slabs is crafted. This includes manual and automatic hanging, alongside a seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section is indispensable for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) is crafted, involving manual and automatic hanging and the systematic automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame, laden with billet body, undergoes demudding via the turning crane. It is then delicately placed on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts bring the product to perfect form.
The refined cutting process is accomplished by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, thus optimizing resource usage.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring seamless movement and processing.
5.Autoclaving Section
Carefully assembled cakes are transported into the autoclaves for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring superior quality.
Once perfectly cured in the autoclave, products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging area, ready for dispatch.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ready for delivery.
