1. Raw Material Processing Section

The backbone of autoclaved aerated coagulation production comprises key raw ingredients like sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), among others.

This vital section ensures efficient processing and secure storage of all essential raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation
& Circulation

As the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section drives the entire manufacturing process.

In this pivotal area, the steel mesh (also known as mesh cage) required for creating autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted. It also supports manual (and automatic) hanging mesh and facilitates the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This section remains the core engine behind the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Essential for producing the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section also handles both manual and automatic hanging, alongside the smooth circulation of assembly frames.

4. Cutting Section

The mold frame containing the billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is positioned onto the cutting car. Through precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, the product's molding is meticulously completed.

A ground turning table efficiently completes the task by removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Post waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car adeptly complete the handling of the blank body.

5. Autoclaving Section

With precision, the assembled cakes are guided into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the preceding ferry cart.

Once cured in the autoclave, the products are smoothly extracted by the ferry cart and transported directly to the finished product packaging section.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

After a successful autoclaving process, the steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packed, and then seamlessly transported to the storage yard by efficient packaging and conveying equipment.
