1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the cornerstone raw materials consist of sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting element of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others, setting the stage for innovation.
This section is expertly designed for the precise processing and efficient storage of these crucial raw materials, enhancing productivity and quality.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the vibrant core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where cutting-edge innovation meets unwavering precision.
In this hub, the steel mesh (mesh cage) vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously fabricated. The process involves seamless manual (or automatic) mesh handling, coupled with a sophisticated system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring excellence.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This segment, integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, is where imaginative design materializes into tangible excellence.
In this lively setting, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is executed with precision. It encompasses both manual and automatic mesh handling, enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame, achieving superior results.
4. Cutting Section
In this arena, engineering elegance takes center stage as the mold frame, adorned with the billet body, is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. The product undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts for perfect molding.
The masterpiece emerges as the cut body is skillfully managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring sustainability and eco-friendliness.
Following waste removal, the blank body is masterfully handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, concluding this stage with elegance and precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are gracefully ushered into the tank for constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, strategically positioned in front of the autoclaves, ensuring optimal results.
The autoclave-cured products emerge victoriously, drawn out by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready to captivate the market.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and efficient transportation to the storage yard. This orchestration by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment ensures a flawless journey from production to storage, delivering excellence every step of the way.
