AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Delve into the foundational aspects of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where we engage in the exquisite processing of top-quality raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This essential section is dedicated to the accurate processing and systematic storage of our fundamental raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section represents the core of our operation, propelling the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this stage, we expertly construct the critical steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, blending manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques, alongside an effortless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section serves as the central hub of our production, crucial for crafting premium-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we create the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, in tandem with the automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold-loaded billet body is skillfully demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts are executed to shape the final product.
The ground turning table is pivotal in the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste, completing the cut body with precision.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car to ensure optimal results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are smoothly ushered into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, sustaining constant pressure for impeccable results.
Once the curing process is complete, the autoclaved products are adeptly removed by the ferry cart and seamlessly conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging from the autoclave, the cakes undergo sorting, palletizing, and thorough packing. They are then transported to the storage yard, all facilitated by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment.
