1. Raw Material Processing Section

In this stage, we meticulously prepare the essential components that lay the foundation for excellence: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring each element is ready for the next phase.

This critical step ensures the efficient processing and storage of raw materials, setting the stage for seamless production.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This pivotal component forms the backbone of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where precision and technology converge.

Here, we craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) integral to our concrete plates, employing both manual and automated techniques to ensure flawless assembly and circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This section is the heart of our operation for producing premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

We utilize advanced methods to create the steel mesh, facilitating both manual and automatic hanging, while ensuring the seamless circulation of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

Witness the art of precision as the mold frame, cradling the billet body, undergoes meticulous demudding. The blank body, alongside its side plate, embarks on a journey on the cutting car, achieving perfection through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.

Post-cutting, our efficient ground turning table ensures the removal and recycling of corner waste, optimizing our sustainability efforts.
With waste expertly managed, our marshalling crane and ferry car complete the blank body's preparation for the next production stage.

5. Autoclaving Section

In this phase, assembled cakes are seamlessly transitioned into tanks for precision pressure maintenance, facilitated by a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart system.

Post-autoclaving, the finished products are expertly extracted and conveyed to the packaging section, ready for the final presentation.

6. Finished Products
Classification& Packaging

Our expertly steamed cakes undergo a meticulous sorting process, followed by palletizing and packaging. They are then gracefully transported to the storage yard, ready to meet the world, thanks to our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying systems.
