AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the sophisticated production of autoclaved aerated coagulation, the essential raw materials include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of the raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This vital section serves as the core for manufacturing robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the slabs is crafted, with options for manual or automatic mesh hanging and seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
It facilitates the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) for the slabs, featuring manual or automatic hanging, alongside automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes demudding by a crane. The blank body, with its side plate, is precisely cut into shape through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting on the cutting car.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table deftly removes and recycles any corner waste.
Once the waste removal process is complete, the blank body is adeptly managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assemblies are expertly transferred into the autoclave tank for pressurized curing, thanks to the cutting-edge traction mechanism and ferry cart in operation.
Post-autoclaving, the ferry cart extracts the cured products, transporting them seamlessly to the final packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged with precision, before being transported by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment to the storage yard.
