1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundation of our AAC production lies in premium raw materials: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and careful storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the heartbeat of our operation, dedicated to producing top-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we expertly fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, seamlessly integrating manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
Another core section of our AAC slab production, ensuring flawless execution and quality.
This section handles the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage), manual (automatic) hanging, and the efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is expertly demudded and placed on the cutting car. The billet undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
Our ground turning table ensures the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste, completing the cut body process.
Post waste removal, the blank body is finalized using the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring perfect alignment and readiness for the next step.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are expertly guided into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, utilizing a traction mechanism and ferry cart system.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are efficiently transported to the finished product packaging section by the ferry cart.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Our finished cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard with precision, ensuring they reach you in perfect condition.
