1. Raw Material Processing Section
The primary ingredients employed in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) are sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This phase is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials, ensuring the foundation for quality AAC blocks.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This stage is pivotal for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, guaranteeing structural integrity and precision.
In this section, the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) for AAC slabs is crafted, involving both manual and automated mesh hanging, along with seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This segment is crucial to the formation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, laying the groundwork for the final product.
It is responsible for creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for AAC slabs, incorporating both manual and automated mesh hanging, along with automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, containing the billet body, undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is set on the cutting car, where it undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve the desired mold.
Once cut, the blank body is processed on the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Post waste removal, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for complete marshalling.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously transferred into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring optimal curing.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are transported out by the ferry cart to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ready for dispatch.
