Teeyer Whole Production Line,including 6 processing sections

1. Raw Material Processing Section

Autoclaved Aerated Coagulation production utilizes a variety of essential raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), among others.

This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and systematic storage of these vital raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

As the heart of AAC slab production, this section is pivotal for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision.

Here, steel mesh (or mesh cages) essential for AAC plates are expertly fabricated, whether manually or automatically. It also facilitates seamless hanging and circulation of assembly frames.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This section is crucial for the production of AAC slabs, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.

Responsible for creating steel mesh cages for AAC plates, it incorporates both manual and automatic techniques for hanging and circulating assembly frames.

4. Cutting Section

In this phase, the mold frame carrying the billet body undergoes a crane-assisted demudding process. The material along with its side plate is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, defining the final product shape.

Using the ground turning table, the cut body efficiently removes and recycles waste corners, maintaining environmental responsibility.
After waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car ensure the blank body is expertly handled and organized.

5. Autoclaving Section

The pre-assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tanks for controlled pressure maintenance via a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart.

Post-curing, the fully autoclaved products are extracted with care using a ferry cart, then conveyed to the final packaging section.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Freshly steamed cakes exit the autoclave for a seamless sorting and palletizing process. They're expertly packed and transported to storage using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ready for distribution.
