1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, our process utilizes premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
Standing at the heart of AAC slab production, this section excels in creating the robust steel mesh structures.
Within this section, we fabricate the necessary steel mesh (or mesh cage) for AAC plates, ensuring efficient manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
As another core component of our AAC slab production, this section plays a crucial role.
Here, we produce the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for AAC plates, with manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is skillfully demolded by a crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is placed on a cutting car. The product is expertly shaped through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table completes the process by removing and recycling the corner waste.
The marshalling crane and ferry car then finalize the process by handling the blank body after waste removal.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this vital section, assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank for precise pressure maintenance, facilitated by a traction mechanism and a ferry cart.
After curing, autoclaved products are efficiently moved out by the ferry cart and directed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard through our advanced packaging and conveying systems.
