AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the fascinating world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, essential raw materials such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste) play a vital role in crafting outstanding products.
This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and organized storage of the raw materials, ensuring everything is perfectly prepared for the production journey.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is at the very heart of producing superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, orchestrating each step with precision.
In this vital section, the manufacturing of crucial steel mesh (or mesh cages) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates takes place. It involves both manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section is integral to the production of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring each slab meets high-quality standards.
Here, the creation of necessary steel mesh (or mesh cages) for concrete plates occurs, alongside manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the efficient automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is expertly demudded using a crane. The blank body along with the side plate is placed precisely on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting complete the product's shaping process.
The expertly cut body undergoes a thorough process on the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring nothing goes to waste.
Following waste removal, the blank body is efficiently completed with the assistance of the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Meticulously assembled cakes are guided into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart located in front of the autoclaves, ensuring optimal curing conditions.
Once cured, the products are gently extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and transported smoothly to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-steaming, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring seamless transition and impeccable product handling.
