AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The selection of premium raw ingredients such as sand, fly ash, lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste) is essential in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process, setting the foundation for quality.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of all raw materials, ensuring a seamless production journey.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation

This pivotal section is at the heart of manufacturing superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, driving innovation and excellence.
This segment is responsible for crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with the automation of the assembly frame circulation, enhancing production efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This essential section is vital for creating top-of-the-line autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
It involves manufacturing the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automated hanging mesh systems, while facilitating the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with raw billet, undergoes demudding through a crane turn. Subsequently, the blank, alongside the side plate, is placed on the cutting vehicle. The product's form is achieved through a combination of lateral, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The cut body undergoes a meticulous process via the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste, promoting sustainability.
Upon waste removal, the blank body is expertly completed with the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring precise handling and transport.
5. Autoclaving Section
The carefully assembled cakes are expertly guided into the autoclave for sustained pressure maintenance using the highly efficient traction mechanism and ferry cart, laying the groundwork for superior product curing.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are seamlessly retrieved by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for the final touches.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then transported to the storage yard by the state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring that every product is ready for delivery with precision and care.
