AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the fascinating world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the essential raw materials include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the magical touch of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This section is adeptly designed for the meticulous processing and efficient storage of these vital raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the beating heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a pivotal section where innovation meets precision.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly fabricated. The process includes seamless manual (or automatic) mesh handling and a sophisticated system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section, being integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, is where the magic solidifies into tangible reality.
In this dynamic environment, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is carried out precisely. It includes both manual and automatic mesh handling, complemented by the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, engineering elegance unfolds as the mold frame, laden with the billet body, is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. The product undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve perfect molding.
The masterpiece emerges as the cut body is artfully managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Post waste removal, the blank body is deftly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, completing this stage with finesse.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are gracefully ushered into the tank for constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, both stationed strategically in front of the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge triumphantly, pulled out by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for their debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a rigorous process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and efficient transportation to the storage yard. This is all orchestrated by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a flawless journey from production to storage.
