1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is pivotal for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring strength and durability.
Here, we fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) critical for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs. This process includes manual or automatic mesh handling and seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section is integral to the creation of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This stage involves producing the required steel mesh (mesh cage) for the concrete plates, with both manual and automatic mesh handling and automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes demudding by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting completes the product formation.
The ground turning table removes and recycles any corner waste from the cut body.
Post waste removal, the blank body is organized by the marshalling crane and ferry car for subsequent steps.
5. Autoclaving Section
Pre-assembled cakes are carefully transported into the autoclave for constant pressure curing by a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes undergo sorting, palletizing, and packaging before being efficiently transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
