AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
The essential ingredients in the autoclaved aerated concrete production process typically consist of sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste) among others.
In this vital phase, pivotal processing and secure storage of raw materials take place.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section is the heart of the production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This stage crafts the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for the concrete plates, encompassing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, and facilitates the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This segment forms the core of the manufacturing process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) is produced for the concrete plates, with processes for both manual and automatic mesh hanging, as well as automated frame assembly circulation.
4.Cutting section
The mold frame housing the billet body is carefully demolded using a crane. Subsequently, the blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to form the finished product.
After cutting, a ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste from the cut body.
Following waste removal, the blank body is skillfully managed and transferred by a marshalling crane and ferry car.
5.Autoclaving section
The meticulously assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tanks by a traction mechanism and a ferry cart situated in front of the autoclaves, ensuring constant pressure maintenance.
Once the autoclave curing process is complete, the ferry cart extracts the cured products and conveys them to the finished product packaging department.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed and cooled, the cakes are efficiently sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying systems, ensuring seamless transition to storage.
