AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials instrumental in the creation of autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). These components synergize to form a robust foundation for high-quality production.
This crucial phase involves meticulous processing and secure storage of the raw materials, ensuring they are prepped to perfection for the next stages.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section serves as the heart of the production process, dedicated to crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and excellence.
Here, we precisely manufacture the steel mesh cages essential for the concrete plates. This process encompasses both manual and automated mesh hanging, along with the seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core stage in producing top-notch autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, focusing on exact pouring techniques and optimal pre-curing conditions.
It involves crafting the required steel mesh cages for concrete plates, using both manual and automated hanging methods, alongside efficient assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes careful demudding via a crane. Subsequently, the blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on a cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product.
The ground turning table facilitates the removal and recycling of corner waste, ensuring environmental responsibility throughout the cutting process.
Once the waste is efficiently removed, the marshalling crane and ferry car complete the blank body handling, maintaining impeccable organization.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled product cakes are carefully ushered into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, utilizing the traction mechanism and ferry cart for smooth operations.
Post-autoclave, the cured products are skillfully extracted and transported to the finished product packaging area, facilitated by the efficient ferry cart system.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed, before being conveyed to storage. Sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment ensure seamless operation and product integrity.
