AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
In the production of autoclaved aerated concrete, essential raw materials such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste) are meticulously processed to ensure robust and high-quality outputs.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of essential raw materials, ensuring they are perfectly prepared for the next stages of production.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section serves as the vital hub of production for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and efficiency in every aspect of the operation.
This crucial section specializes in crafting the necessary steel mesh (or mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automated processes for seamless hanging and dynamic assembly frame circulation.
3.Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section serves as the vital hub of production for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and efficiency in every aspect of the operation.
This crucial section specializes in crafting the necessary steel mesh (or mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automated processes for seamless hanging and dynamic assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
In this innovative stage, the mold frame with its billet body undergoes a meticulous demudding process using a crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is expertly positioned on a cutting car where it experiences precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve perfect product formation.
The cutting process is followed by the ground turning table's skillful removal and recycling of corner waste, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
Upon waste removal, the blank body is precisely managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, readying it for the subsequent stage.
5.Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are gently guided into the tank using a reliable traction mechanism, which maintains constant pressure, while the ferry cart ensures seamless entry and exit from the autoclaves.
Once cured in the autoclaves, the products are gracefully extracted and transported by the ferry cart towards the final packaging section, ready for market debut.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes undergo a sophisticated sorting, palletizing, and packing process. They are then efficiently conveyed to the storage yard by cutting-edge packaging and transport systems, standing ready for swift dispatch.

Our machining prowess is evident in our use of the Taiwan vertical machining center, CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and a sophisticated horizontal machining center.
